Télérama special issue - KANAK

A portrait and some pictures from the latest series KANAK are featured on cover and in the TELERAMA Special Issue dedicated to the exhibition "KNAK, L'ART EST UNE PAROLE", currently at the Musée du Quai Branly, Paris.
The series was shot in May 2013 for a residency in New-Caledonia, to the invitation by Centre Culturel Tjibaou in Nouméa. Denis Rouvre spent three weeks among some of the Kanak tribes from the North province, shooting portraits and group portraits of the population.

PHOTO publishes in its April issue a portfolio of his latest series Cosplay. This series of portraits was shot last year in Japan, showing wide influence of "Costume Play" enthusiasts amongst Tokyo youth and giving way to reflection on such practice in the country.
